    Once the ticket has been canceled by the passenger, the refund is based on many factors like the type of ticket, class and so on. Every airline has a different cancellation policy. Non-refundable ticket cost would be deducted from the original cost of the flight. The left value would be handed over in the form of E-credit that could be used towards the purchase of the different flights. The refund would be initiated to the original mode of payment method. Passenger can check online about the refund status or can call as well or drop a mail on an official mail address asking about the refund. Most of the cases refund show up in account within 7 business days.
